Set up volunteer services for elderly and people with disabilities. 

Acquisition, coordination, management of >100 volunteers.

Representation and lobby at local government bodies.

Capacity building, clinical supervision, expat coordination, proposal writing, budgeting, monitoring and evaluation, reporting in 10 project sites. 

Introduce a comprehensive rehabilitation service: physical, psychological, and socio-economic reintegration for refugees and internally displaced people (direct and indirect landmine victims).
